Playing with Archetypes

What do archetypes have to teach us?

How do they live in and through us?

Join Cory Lockhart for an evening of play and experimentation with the archetypes!

Based on the work of Caroline Myss, this session includes both group exploration and individual intuitive delving into the archetypes that weave themselves through our lives and culture.

The session starts with an exploration of the 4 archetypes that, according to Myss, we all share- the Child, the Victim, the Saboteur, and the Prostitute- and broaden out to include other archetypes that are at play in our lives.

This intentionally intimate gathering is limited to 12 participants. The exchange is $44. Reserve your spot by clicking on the button below. You may pay with a card while registering or use the code PAYLATER to pay via Venmo, Zelle, or with cash.

This is a non-refundable event. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your registration to someone else.

Do you understand things better when you can see them?

Mapping Life: Moving Forward in 2025 offers a Compassionate Communication framework to clearly see your starting point as you begin the year and consider how you want to move through the year. Through this visual mapping you will:

  • see more clearly where you are now

  • understand the needs and values that you want to tend to in 2025

  • make plans for action steps to meet those needs, noting steps you can take on your own and where/how you can get support

Toward the end of the second hour, you will have a chance to hear and share insights discovered during the process. You’ll also receive guiding questions for further reflection.

This in-person workshop includes all supplies and light refreshements and will be hosted at The St. Catherine, 729 E. St. Catherine St. Registration is limited.

Online workshop: Creating Conversations that Connect- Ideological Edition

Online workshop: Creating Conversations that Connect- Ideological Edition

Many of us feel the divisiveness of our time. We long to talk about issues and topics that are important to us with people- especially family members and friends- who may see things differently, but we’re afraid that doing so will break connection and create irreparable discord.

How do we move from “us” and “them” to a sense of shared vision?

This 2-hour online workshop introduces a framework for finding connection in challenging conversations about ideological issues that are important to us.* Learn to identify, honor, and express yourself with clarity, honesty, and integrity. Using these strategies opens possibilities for win-win outcomes.

The workshop includes:

  • An outline of the framework

  • Introduction of strategies

  • Modeling of the practices, with particular focus on conversations about issues

  • Skills and resources to use immediately

This workshop will be recorded. The recording will be available for viewing for 2 weeks after the workshop.

The Standard Contribution Level is $44. The Pay-It-Forward Contribution Level is $66 (this contribution level supports scholarships for this or future events). The Scholarship Contribution Level (limited in number) is $22. Please consider mindfully what you are able to contribute.

You may pay with a card while registering or use the code PAYOFFLINE to pay via Venmo, Zelle, or with cash.

Add an optional practice session December 9 for $33/$16 scholarship. Because of the vulnerable nature of the conversations, the practice session will not be recorded.

If you are looking for tools for conversations of a more interpersonal nature (navigating challenging conversations in the home, for example), more workshops and classes are coming in early 2025!
